In my post last Thursday I suggested gardening might be something to consider as people explore various ways of coping with the recession.
Yesterday The Sunday Times made reference to the emergence of community growing networks around the country. They referenced the Cork Food Web, an online gathering of community gardens, allotments, urban and rural farms and food parks all over Cork. I have listed their site as a resource at the bottom of this page. Click on this site anytime you want to find out what information is available.
